3 Free CE Units: Contract Law

Protect your client! This class will go over the AAR purchase contract from start to finish with an emphasis on all aspects of which agents and clients need to be aware including contingencies and deadlines for both the buyer and seller and the implications of not meeting these.

NOTE:

Class Requirements for CE Credit: This is a live online class. In order to receive CE credit, you must be stationary and sitting at a desk or table like you would be when you are in attendance in the classroom. You must have a camera and microphone, both turned on for the duration of the class.

You will need to download the Zoom app and will need a device (computer or tablet) with an internet connection, a microphone and a camera.
